This Mouse LPS ELISA Kit was designed for the quantitative measurement of Mouse LPS protein in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates. It is a Sandwich ELISA kit, its detection range is 0.156 ng/mL-10 ng/mL and the sensitivity is 0.039 ng/mL .

When using Mouse Lipopolysaccharides(LPS) ELISA Kit, can I finally translate the results (ng/ml) into the EU/ml?
what is the EU/ml of the standard provided?

This kit is supplied with 2 vial of frozen dry standard and the concentration is 10 ng/mL after dissolution;Pls let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you.
