Description

The CTNNB1 antibody pair, which targets the Catenin beta-1 protein, is a liquid-form reagent that is suitable for use in S-ELISA. The antibody pair is reactive with various species including human, rat, mouse, guinea pig, bovine, goat, and sheep, with the immunogen species being human. Its capture antibody (CSB-EAP00174C) is a rabbit CTNNB1 antibody, and the detection antibody (CSB-EAP00174D) is a biotinylated rabbit CTNNB1 antibody.

Using the recommended protocol, this product contains enough reagents to be used in at least 5 x 96 well plates. A concentration of 1ug/ml is suggested for the capture antibody and 0.1ug/ml for the detection antibody. However, the researcher should experimentally determine the optimal dilutions.
